Exhibition Information

A commercial exhibition will be held in conjunction with the Congress and will be open from Tuesday 7th May (lunchtime) to Thursday 9th May inclusive. The exhibition, scientific poster sessions and catering will all be located within the ‘Gallery’; this will form the hub of the Congress and will provide an excellent opportunity for delegates to interact with industry partners and to familiarise themselves with the latest advances in technology and therapeutics. Our delegates increasingly welcome the opportunity to tap into the expertise provided by exhibitors, to answer questions, and provide hands-on product demonstrations in this rapidly changing field.

Stand Fees

The stand fees for the ASGBI International Surgical Congress 2019, are as follows:

Early Rate (Prior to 30th November 2018) £300.00 + VAT per sqm
Late Rate (after 1st December 2018) £350.00 + VAT per sqm

Monday 6th May ASGBI and Space Only Contractors – by appointment
Tuesday 7th May 08.00 – 11.00 (Set-up)

11.00 – 12.00 (Final Cleaning)

12.30 – 17.00 (Exhibition Open)

Wednesday 8th May 10.00 – 17.00 (Exhibition Open)
Thursday 9th May 10.00 – 17.00 (Exhibition Open)

17.30 – 19.00 (Breakdown)
